The iron Gynecomastia
The phenomenon of excessive accumulation of fat in a male’s chest area or a swelling of the chest due to the development of mammary gland is called swelling (female breast). Surgical surgery is an appropriate surgery to create a firm breast.
- If the breast is developed and lasts for a long time
- Long-term medication side effects
- If there is no abnormality in the endocrine system but the breast is enlarged
- If exercise does not reduce body fat in the chest
- Areola and nipples are abnormally large or protruding
As a treatment that identifies the causes and symptoms, the chest line is elaborately corrected by removing adipose tissue and mammary gland tissue at once.
Why IRON?
Let's dig into the cause first.
There are two types of gynecomastia: when the mammary gland tissue of the breast has proliferated and the breast is enlarged (linear), when the adipose tissue is simply enlarged while proliferating (fat type), and there are two types (fat, linear). The most common of these types is the mixed type, especially fat men, where a large amount of fat tissue is accumulated in both chests.
True marginalism

Gynecomastia with developed mammary gland tissue is diagnosed when the lump is touched when holding the areola lateral border with a finger. Since mammary gland tissue is not removed by inhalation, it must be excised to completely cure swelling.
False margin

- The main cause of the accumulation of excess fat is that the lumps cannot be touched. In this case, it can be removed by inhalation alone, but in most cases, fat and mammary glands develop together, so resection is often necessary.
Surgical method of Gynecomastia

Liposuction
A minimal incision is made in the lower part of the breast and the fat is sucked for correction.

Mammary gland resection
The mammary gland tissue is excised and corrected through a 2-3 cm incision around the areola.
The Iron Breast Surgery FAQ
Does breast augmentation increase your chances of getting breast cancer?
It has been said that the silicone contents bag used in the past causes breast cancer due to leakage of silicone after a long time, but you do not need to worry much because it is reported to be unrelated to breast cancer in the currently published paper.
Could the insert burst? What if it bursts?
Breast implants can explode by sharp objects, but many touches or bumps do not explode easily. If a burst or leak occurs, it is possible to recover the original condition by removing the existing implant and inserting a new implant.
Should the breast augmentation implant be replaced when it is old?
Many people know that breast implants should be replaced every 10 years, but this is the case when a physiological saline pack was used in the past before cohesive gel was developed. The cohesive gel implant, which has been developed over the last generations, has high stability and does not require regular replacement unless the implant is damaged by an infrequent impact.
Does the implant sag when I get older after breast augmentation surgery?
The sagging of the chest tissue is a phenomenon that occurs in everyone regardless of surgery. Rather, the degree of sagging in the case of surgery may be obscured by the implant and may be less noticeable.
