Why IRON?
The nasolabial folds are smooth and elegant
It is a surgery that gives volume to the nasolabial folds around the nostrils to make a more cute and three-dimensional face. The exact name is called Paranasal Augmenatation.
- If the area under the nose is turned off and looks like a protruding mouth
- If you look old with nasolabial folds
- If your face is flat
Aristocratic Surgery is a procedure that inserts implants, self-fat, and fillers to resolve nasolabial folds and protruding mouths to safely save the face’s three-dimensional effect. If the nasolabial fold is deep, it is more effective to insert an implant such as silicone or Gore-Tex.
01
Implantation
This is a procedure that shows a semi-permanent effect while reducing worries about scars by inserting implants such as silicone or Gore-Tex that are not absorbed into the body through an incision in the nose or mouth.
If the nasolabial fold is deep, it is more effective to insert an implant such as silicone or Gore-Tex.
02
Autologous fat graft
This is a method of filling the nasolabial folds with fat collected from the thighs or stomach. Because it uses self-organization, the line is natural and there are few side effects, and it can be performed simultaneously with other areas such as the forehead or chin of the face.
In some cases, even if an aristocratic surgery is performed with implantation, additional fat transplantation is performed for a more natural line.
03
filler
Immediate effect can be obtained immediately after the procedure, and it is a simple procedure that can be used in daily life. In principle, a safe, genuine dose approved by FDA and KFDA is used.
- Short-term filler (6 months to 1 year): Restilene, Jubiderm, Evear, Theoxial, Perfecta, etc.
- Mid-term filler (3 to 5 years): Radius, Facetem
- Long-term filler (5 to 10 years): Atechol
